Orders will be shipped typically in 1-2 business days after order is received, depending on availability of the item and in-stock merchandise. Many orders are shipped same day.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The Anura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are happy to take exchanges or offer store credit on new, unwashed clothing. We only provide refunds on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To expedite your return process, please contact us by email at info@theanura.com.

The Anura is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us via ups or usps mail with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
